I am a creative professional with over 10 years of expertise in designing and art directing middle-grade, young adult, picture books, and chapter books. Currently, I am enjoying being an Associate Art Director at Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group. Previously, I was a Senior Designer at Disney Hyperion. I also worked at The Quarto Publishing Group and Sterling Publishing. Before entering publishing, I received my BFA in Graphic Design from Ohio University. I designed and art directed SIMON SORT OF SAYS by Erin Bow, illustrated by Celia Krampien. It was awarded a 2024 Newbery Honor and Schneider Family Book Award Honor and was longlisted for the 2023 National Book Award. Another notable title I had the privilege to work on was SYLVIA DOE AND THE 100-YEAR FLOOD, by best-selling author Robert Beatty, illustrated by award-winning artists Anna and Elena Balbusso.
